Dr. Sally was recently featured on wordingforyou.com as Mary Belisle's "Word for the Day" for Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012. Mary chose the word "cared-for" to describe the one-on-one attention Dr. Sally provides for all of her patients.

"Cared-for" is an adjective meaning one who has "needed care and attention, as in cared-for-children." As Mary explained during her experience in choosing new frames, "Dr. Sally patiently walked me through the many choices. She really cared that I would make the right choice and be pleased with my selection. In addition, I did not feel rushed by her, which further convinced me that I had her full attention."

Iris Vision Care in Project MN365

In this video, Ryan talks to Dr. Sally about her lifelong goal of becoming an optometrist and what it's like to now have her own eye care practice. Also in the video, Dr. Sally takes Ryan through a brief eye exam so you can know exactly what to expect when you visit your eye doctor. Welcome to St. Cloud and your new home! My name is Sally Jackula and I am the owner and optometrist at Iris Vision Care. I was raised in St. Cloud and have practiced here for over eight years. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University in 1998, after that I moved to Forest Grove, Oregon to attend optometry school where I received my Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in 2002.
